Habitat homeownership is a great opportunity for those who have an interest in owning a home in Thurston County. With the rising prices of homes in our area, this provides an avenue to ownership that is affordable and tailored towards your income.

Every parent, every person, should have the decent shelter they need to thrive. When families partner with South Puget Sound Habitat, they start down a new path — one with far fewer barriers to a better, healthier, more financially stable life. South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity’s eligibility is based on three main requirements.

You must have also lived or worked in Thurston County for a minimum of 1 year (12 consecutive months).

If you meet these requirements, our program may be a good fit for you. Visit our website to get details about income eligibility requirements and a timeline of the entire process.

About the Tâlícn Community

Homeowners will enjoy a reasonable commute to many job centers and excellent schools. Along with, shops and services within a reasonable distance and an active growing community. These townhomes will be eco-friendly with healthy indoor environments, built to Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.

28 townhomes, providing multi-family 3-4 bedroom homes with 2 bathrooms. The 28 townhomes will be completed in two construction phases, 14 homes in each phase.

Building generational wealth has no better catalyst than owning your own home and the need for decent and affordable places to live has never been more significant. Families that partner with South Puget Sound Habitat work hard to build a better life for themselves – and their children. Partner families spend many hours helping build their own homes, and when they have completed all the program requirements, they purchase their Habitat home at an affordable price.

With a little help, we all have the potential to stand on our own.

Habitat for Humanity is a partnership. South Puget Sound Habitat homeowners receive financial education; help build their houses and pay an affordable mortgage. Pre-Application Form
